Thank you for shopping at LushBrush. We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns  
We offer a 30-day return policy.  
To be eligible for a return:  
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  
- It must also be in the original packaging.  
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.  

To start a return, please contact us at support@lushbrush.com with your order number and reason for return.  
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds  
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.  

Please note:  
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
- If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted.  

3. Damaged or Defective Items  
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lushbrush.com.  
We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund — no extra cost to you.

4. Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@lushbrush.com.

5. Late or Missing Refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet:  
- Check your bank account again.  
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).  
- Contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
